Отмечали тут узким кругом Свадьбу. Менеджеры помогли с составлением меню, согласовали время подачи блюд. Все остались довольными. А еще от заведения нам подарили два кусочка торта - мелочь, а приятно. Также у сети есть своя собственная система лояльности с приятными бонусами.

Наверное лучший ресторан в Мурманске.

What remained with me from Terrasa was much more specific: the steak. It was beautifully cooked. With steak, I value balance more than spectacle. A dish that appears simple on the plate actually depends on remarkably small decisions in the kitchen: the right heat, the right timing, and knowing that even a few unnecessary minutes can change everything. That evening, the steak in front of me felt as though all of those details had been handled exactly as they should be. Perhaps that is why I do not remember it merely as “a good meal.” It stayed with me as one of those dishes where the kitchen seems to understand both when to intervene and when to leave the ingredient alone. The interior of Terrasa also created an interesting contrast with Murmansk outside. After the severity of the northern city, stepping into warm lighting, greenery, and tables full of people revealed a completely different side of Murmansk for a while. Yet despite all of that atmosphere, my memory eventually returns to the plate. When you travel, you see hundreds of things. After enough time passes, street names begin to blur, the exact locations of buildings disappear from memory, and restaurant interiors start to resemble one another. But occasionally, a single taste brings the coordinates back. When I see the name Terrasa today, I do not first think about its address or its décor. I remember sitting at a table in Murmansk with an exceptionally well-cooked steak in front of me. Perhaps that is one of the simplest measures of a good restaurant. If, long after the bill has been paid, a small detail from the plate is still travelling with you, the kitchen has done something right. That is what I carried away from Terrasa. Among my days in the far North, a wonderfully earthly memory of a perfectly cooked piece of steak. And sometimes, that is more than enough for a restaurant to remain on the map of your memory.
